All writing must include drafts and revisions following the six traits of writing: ideas/organization/word choice/voice/sentence fluency/conventions.

If you are drafting on the computer--save your drafts too! For instance: If your first draft is called sbwhales412, then your second draft would be saved as sbwhales413--if you have changed it--not just added more to the end.

Note: Follow the writing process (prewrite ideas, draft, revise, edit, publish). Use the five sentence paragraph format and the five paragraph essay format. However, your essay and reports may done in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Claris Home Page, or Hyperstudio. Note that Word and PowerPoint easily transfer to your Web Pages. You may choose how you write and present your report--just follow the process and format, revising for organization and excellent word choice.
