Holistic Score

This rubric provides a breakdown for content and process mathematic strands, allowing for a holistic score or a score for each area: concepts, problem-solving, reasoning, computation, and communication.

 

Daily Work Rubric

Reduce to fit several on one page. This provides a quick assessment of daily work--two points for each category for a total of 10 points. Students who go the extra mile and find patterns, alternative strategies, etc. can earn two extra points.

 

Partner Score

Students can score themselves or with a partner. Reduce and place front to back.

 

Power Write Checklist

 Students can check that their solution includes all necessary elements for clearly written explanation of solution.
